Emergency response is dispatch-based: DRS can coordinate urgent technician response for qualifying infrastructure outages. Dispatch availability, arrival timing, repair scope, and restoration depend on location, access, parts, site conditions, and the assessed issue; this is not a guaranteed restoration SLA.
